Performance requirements:
1. Resistance requirements: 22AWG–53.9Ω MAX 26AWG — 131Ω MAX
2. High voltage resistance: core wire 1 and core wire 2, core wire and sheath resistant to DC4000V / 60S, leakage current 0.008mA / MIN 3, DC500V Insulation above 500M0 (test sample line 1 ~).
4. load bending test:
4.1. After bending 10000 times (+/- 90 “, 30 times / mmn 5000 times, rotating 90” around the axis, hanging weight 500g) , 10% of the strands cannot be broken.
4.2. After bending 100000 times (+/- 90 “, 30 times / mmn 50000 times, rotating 90” around the axis and hanging weight 500g), the core wires are continuous.
